LBZ: 07 classic bumper build.

Here are some pics of my front bumper build. It is all 3/16" plate. I spend a lot of time hunting and offloading out here in AZ so I needed a little more ground clearance and protection from stumps, rocks, etc.

Stock front end.

here is the beginning the tubing is just for mocking the bumper to the right height.






Still not finished but getting there. Before Powdercoat planning on throwing in a 20" rigid light bar flush mounted inside the front of the bumper. Will keep updating as I come closer to finishing.

Thanks. I should have mire pics up tomorrow in the day light. My buddy am I finished up the welding and grinding yesterday now all I need is the light bar for cutting the front hole and Powdercoat. Then maybe a rear bumper not sure

Looks good. Your bumper, and the fact that your truck is white, reminds me of this bumper...and for me that's a good thing!
