its an 06 lly, i asked, and the 8th vin over was a 2 not a d. why is the banks 6 gun to be trusted over an efi live tune?

banks dont want a bad rep, efi tuners get them all the time

The point is, Banks tunes are pretty safe. EFILive, not so much always the case.
