Help: 06 2500 issue

I have an 06 vin 2. Recently the truck started running rough after fueling. It then went away and returned the next day. I checked my balance rates and all are fine except #8 . It's at +9 (warm, and in park) and +12 in drive. It did throw code for cylinder 8 misfire detected. It also has a code for vane position sensor needing relearn. I ran the truck while watching the vane position and its sticking at 75% and very sporadic on what its demanding, goes for 60% to 100% right down to 0% but still stuck on 75%. Even when I shut it off it's still stuck. Is this separate problems? Or related?

separate. most likely need #8 injector and earthier a turbo or to have yours taken apart and cleaned. sounds like the vanes are sticking. its rarely the sensor

Pull the oil cap off and check the blow by just to make sure you didn't crack a piston.

Lol yeah sorry, I'm new to this online forum stuff. Just getting frustrated trying to figure out the problem or problems. I don't want to just throw parts at it. It's got roughly 150,000 miles and its stock except exhaust.

I would get #8 diagnosed/replaced and IQA programmed then worry about the turbo issue. If u can get the glow plug out check compression
