I have a 2005 lly crew cab 4x4 160k loaded with touchscreen radio heated leather seats sunroof. Efi live leveling kit. Gooseneck hitch. Rebuilt trans (nothing special ) and new transfer case. I'm looking at trading it in for something smaller and easier on the wallet. What should I let it go for. I know the dealership will try and give me nothing. But I need something cheaper. Thanks in advance. uploadfromtaptalk1442226899781.jpguploadfromtaptalk1442226942872.jpguploadfromtaptalk1442226983198.jpg

Rust-free Western states or PNW trucks bring more than trucks that have lived in the rust belt for 10 years. Non-lifted trucks are also easier to sell if people are looking for something to tow a 5th wheel or trailer with. As far as trans, TC and EFI Live, those could be selling points depending upon who did the work. Lots of variables to consider.....

As stated above location is the biggest factor and condition is the next. We go up to grand rapids michigan a few times a year to see family and i never get over how much trucks that are rusty and best to shit sell for up there. When we go to berger chevy up there, theres this old sales man who tells us we should midwest trucks up there with us and sell them for top dollar.

Around here i would say your truck is around 20,000-23,000. 4wd duramax trucks are a hot commodity.

Hey, Berger is about 10 minutes from me! Diesel trucks hold their value around here if they are in nice shape.

I have been looking at old square body Chevy's in southern states and they go for the same money that the rotted out ones go for here.

Around here I'd say the truck's worth 18k+ if in as nice of shape as it looks.
