LLY: 04 lly temp stays at 210

I have a 04 lly that i just replaced the t states in because the truck would not warm up much.
Went to gm dealer got t states installed them bled the system after topping it off and now the temp stays right at 210 while driving. If i sit at idle it will show 185.
Iv washed the radiator out.
Not loosing any coolant.
Also it is about 45 degrees outside.

I also installed a new tank cap.
Top Radiator hose is not hard after sitting over night.
Before the truck would run right at about 185.
I know the gauge isnt the most accurate thing to go by so i ran it got home an used one them inferred thermometers on top of the tstate housing an its running pretty accurate to the gauge.

Any help is appreciated.

04 lly crew cab full egr delete. 3 inch down pipe afe mouthpiece 5 inch straight pipe. Efi live tuning.

Id check reading with a scanner. Look at coolant temp and see what it says.

That is where mine has always ran... Under load it runs a shade over 200 and just idling in the cold it will sit at 160-180 ish.

210 is normal with new t-stats
