Ok first off i picked up a 04 lb7 truck with a burnt out cab for dirt cheap so i searched and found a 04 6.0 gasser with a rust free body with motor and trans problems i drove neither of the vehichles so i had no posative knowledge that either truck was like.. so i pulled the engine and hooked the wiring up and fired the lb7 started right up no smoke ran good. So i pulled the 6.0 gasser used all the fuel lines, tank, filler neck
I swapped out the 261hd inernals for the 263xhd ones
I got the motor in stared it once then the security system kicked in relearned it twice and then it only started when i disconected the battery ..started twice and it came back no start cleared codes and disconnected batt again. It started drove it down the field have no dash shift indicator and it wont shift and so the next crazy part is if i turn blinkers on or the headlights the eng dies? And the last time i started it today i went to hit the gas and no throttle? Is there a fuse? It is conected.. so is the tcm and wires from thans i went over everything quite a few times.. also i used the gassers fuse block do i need to change ... just info the gas truck and diesels have a different fuel sender plug.. thanks

Fuse box will have to be changed to the LB7(or modified to match), you probably are missing power to the Allison TCM, LB7 throttle pedal is needed, get someone to turn off the VATS in the tune to eliminate that from the equation.

Yellow wire on the C100 plug lined up? I've heard that this effects the dash transmission indicator. I also had an issue that I didn't have the plug in the rear of the transmission plugged in, and so the engine couldn't tell what gear it was in, and thus would not start because it thought it wasn't in park or neutral. Made sure the plug was in, and then the computers knew it was in park, and allowed me to start.

Did you do the field relearn process correctly for the security startup?
Turn ignition on
Try to start (it won't)
Leave ignition on.
In 10 minutes exactly the SECURITY (lock) light will turn off.
Turn key off, and then try to start (it won't)
Leave ignition on.

I think I turned off at this point and then start it right up after that.

I had to do the field relearn a couple times to get it right.

If you get it started correctly, but it goes into limp mode going down the road, then it's likely the wiring for the injector #1 power isn't correct, and the engine ECM isn't getting power as it should.

Ok i got the relearn done and the eng starred, but the trans still is in limp and has a p0700 code. you can only reset with a scanner right ? So i shut it off started it back off turned headlight swith and it wouldnt start .disconected batt and it started it did this twice. Now the ing switch hangs up from the key, but jiggle it it turns and starts .could it be ign switch
Also obd2 had good ground and power on pin 16 but low voltage .450 on data wire, pin 2. but intermitantly gives me codes when running ? Also all my gauges work but trans temp and my volt gauge only works when running could it be bcm ,tcm,or ing or all 3 im frustrated

Well may have the trans issue figured out as the truck at the end today acted like it was in nutral even though it was in drive i thought it was something else the nsbu switch is what i think it is.... now the donor truck had a cab fire ...
Nothing looked wrong with the fuse box but could that have anything to do with the wierd data wire?

Alright have the truck running no security isues or starting issues but the problem with the trans continues no trans temp gear indicator and stuck in 3rd ... switched c100 plug yellow wire. Getting power to pin 4 ground to pin1 but my tcm has no wire in pin 2 scematics say pink power to pin 2
? Also i can clear codes with my small code reader but torque pro wont connect . Any ideas
