im not gonna replace teh injectors they clear up once the truck warms up i doubt its teh ficm. its gotta be somethign with the turbo it almost feels like the vanes are not working in the turbo that or sometheing that dumps the boost i have had teh turbo apart and did find that it was delaminateing a slight bit but i was able to clean it up thinking its teh turbo houseing that is causeing the problem i have another turbo but it needs a rebuild

Just take it to a shop and get it diagnosed and then fix it yourself, throwing random parts at it won't get you anywhere. P.S. a bad ficm can cause it to run rough on startup and then clear up when it it warms up....

You have multiple issues: the injector deal can be resolved with Rev-x. There is not a 6.0 it won't help. Research Rev-x :thumb:

just got to wondering and crunched some numbers and found the average 6.0L repair bill here to be in the $3200 range lol. Dont plan on getting out cheap. I even have Ford IDS and can do the updates in house so that'll add another $100+ if ya gotta take her to a dealer. FICM and injector issues can cause some weird issues with these trucks and often mimic other problems.
You REALLY need a scanner before you waste too much time on this.

i had a 6.0 tech telling me the egr valve is causing my problems and should replace it and remember someone mentioning that thinking of trying one of those cheap egr deletes only another 130 but i gotta check the voltage out of the ficm first had to work and kids pre school graduation so never got to check it

I actually have a 6.0 egr delete that was shipped to me that was supposed to be for a 6.7. I'd just as soon sell it to you dirt cheap then fool with returning it. I'll see what I have in it and would let you have it for that.
