03 transgo Allison 1000hp rebuild not shifting

Hi everyone, i just rebuild my 03 Allison tranmission with the transgo 1000hp rebuild kit. I put the Trans back in the truck and it won't shift. When you shift into gears you can hear the motor, ever so slightly idle down and I can barley feel the gear catching but nothing happens. I never done this before but Imy sure everything was correct.

Last night I took the Trans back put assuming it was a bell housing gasket in wrong, they were both in correctly. So I took the pump apart again and re read the instruction again. I used a ligher spring in one of the valve and realized I didnt put in a shim in.

Was not having that "bronze" shim and having a heavier spring enough to prevent the truck from moving?

By transgo im guess you just got the transgo jr? What all came with the kit? The transgo jr will not hold 1000hp btw.

Okay thanks, I don't have to kit with me. I have a transgo kit that came with the clutch plates from suncoast. All thatsales in the transgo kit went in the pump I believe

Any codes? Rebuilding an Allison properly is NOT for a newbie, I dont care what anyone says.

No check lights are on, should I scan it anyway?
I know that there not for newbies lol iv never done one but I make parts for jet engines so I figured if give it a shot.

You're not giving us much info. Obviously you did something wrong or maybe a bunch of things wrong. We have no idea what they may be.
