Did you have to do any machine work to the valves to make sure there was enough clearance to the Pistons or with a c gaskets enough to make up for it

Just a thought , if you have the extra $ , now would be the time to do a slight upgrade to the valve springs since you did say you were going into the turbo . Unless you have more will power than others to resist 100% overs an extra 10mm pump 250 hp EFI tune . Im sure you can resist so forget I said anything . LOL!

Well it's back together and running like a champ. About 22 hrs of work to get it all done. Could visibly see where the oil was bypassing the gasket. Had the heads surfaced and there grade c gaskets in it. While I was there it got a ppe down pipe, ppe boost increase valve, billet turbo wheel from Heath Diesel and a 3.5 inch intake horn. Loving the way the truck responds now.
