03 built 5 speed conversion to a 6 speed via OEM?

To close this out, I did exactly what was said above- swap all the internal parts as listed. Hooked it up to my LBZ setup with new filters and fluids- worked great! I did go ahead and put the trans-go kit on the 6 speed VB as it was still stock. Just turned about 1000 miles on the swap with zero tranny issues!

Yes because he swapped in an lbz and then converted the trans over to run on the 6 speed tcm. This is not the same as a 6 speed setup on a lb7/lly

^^^^. Bingo. Running full LBZ setup. I just didn’t want to rebuild another Allison as I already had a stage 5 Suncoast built 5 speed.
