03 2wd front leveling kit??

anyone know where i can get the parts, i cant find crap on it, ebay has lift spindles but i dont want to spend 450 bucks. also when i was installing my exhaust on my truck i noticed it has torsion keys, can i use those to lift it, ive never seen them on a 2wd truck, sorry for the noob questions, its my first diesel

you can raise it via torsion key bolts or buy max cam torsion keys or lower the rear by removing a leaf.

are the 4wd torsion keys the same for the 2wd? and i just want an extra 2-3 inches

They are the same. Id go max 2" doing it that way. Its cheaper but front end parts suffer as they are not meant for those angles, this is why they make the different leveling kits.
