I was wondering if it's possible or if anyone has put a 03/04 Gauge Cluster (with computer informational screen) and 03/04 steering wheel (with controls) into a 2001/2002 Duramax? Has anyone heard or tried this?

you will need to run a 2003+ BCM as well... and change LOTS of wiring and other modules.
Possible? Yes. Realistic/anywhere remotely 'easy' a project? IMO, no, not at all.
