Sorry for the delay Gents.
Spent the hard earned weeken in the mountains.
A friend lent me his LBZ so we could make it.
Found a 263XHD rebuild kit on Merchant automotive and RockAuto. Gonna buy the RA kit, year it out, apart, and see what's broke... As suggested.
It'll be a while, bit I'll follow up on what it issue turns out to be.

I know this is a old post. But everytime i turn my edge up.. i know.. My truck kicks outta 5th with more than half throttle and throws a p0700 code. this is the only write ive found. i rebuilt my tcase about 4k ago. all new inside with pump rub fix. so i dont think its my issue. any ideas? or do i just need a built trans?
From your description your problem is not in the T-case your trans is hurt. You need a better code reader you probably have a p0735 code.
We've got a good scan tool at work ill try pulling codes with.. i figured it just needs built but im trying to prolong the life of it as long as i can. so now shes on econ. Thanks guys really appreciate all the input!
