Since the thread was closed after you got your bad mouthing in, i would like you to elaborate on this.

My experience with Timmy was not the best. I bought a turbo from him/SJD and the customer service after the sale was poor to say the least. My buddy lives right down by there and he won't take anything there."

If you or your buddy dont want to take your business to SJD, that is fine, i do not work there, nor am i going to argue with you on that, cause i could care less. Everybody hates some shops for certain reasons, and theres a lot of idiots around here that screw up their own trucks, then like to spread the blame. But Tim is a good friend of mine, and for you to say what you said, is complete bs. Tim is on his personal phone all hours of the night helping customers, and non customers for that matter, i know cause he helps me with my truck and im around him quite a bit. If i recall, you bought a USED turbo, from someone that Tim was helping with the sale. It was not Tims, or SJDS turbo you bought, what kind of customer service did you want, and what failed?

Tim is a great guy! He has always helped me out when I needed it, regardless of what time of day it was...I always recommend him to people when someone from around MO asks me of a good diesel shop. I would let him work on my truck any day of the week!

Hell Ive had help from Tim and never purchased a single thing from him and probably wont.....He knew that and still offered his assistance

I do not own the place that I work nor am I any kind of manager. But I do give out cell number for people to call if they need help. Hell I would have drove out to manhattan tonight to help the gentleman out no charge. For that sake Rob Hall is in manhattan right now and would have helped out. I guess you can't please everyone and this gentleman is just one of them I can't please. I am sorry for whatever I did to offend you. It was not intended. Hopefully the turbo is still going after 2 or 3 years. If anyone else needs help and they are in the missouri area give me a shout. I don't charge for a phone call.

Rob, If you don't know what issues Kyle has had there(which is obvious as you posted this thread assuming and asking questions) maybe you should relax on the emotional aspect. Tim is your friend, great we get it you want to protect him. If Kyle feels that in some way Tim or SJD did him or his friend wrong, leave it at that. No need to post here and drag shit on. This whole "tim is on the phone" this and that, here or there is mute....nothing Kyle said has anything to do with who Tim talks to on his personal phone. Someone asked for a shop around a certain area and Kyle posted up who NOT to take it too. So what?

Dont read it then. When you drag someones name through the mud, and claim facts that arent true, im gonna call you out. Even if it was you. Like i said, i could care less about who has good luck with what company, maybe he should have left out names. Whats "mute" is facts that arent true. This kid is full of them, not just from this subject, but many all over the forums.

Besides, your calling the kettle black, i never once said how good St Joe diesel is like your last paragraph states. No where in this thread says anything about that, so im not changing anything besides calling someones bs. This kid has made so many bull$hit comments about people that he has no clue about,(other friends of mine) im calling him on it now.

Rob, I bought a used gt4094 for a work stock truck and tryed to get tech support and didn't get shit. I'm not a big fish like you but some answers would have been great. It don't really matter now I was just stating my experience.

If you wanna stir the pot I could bring up the time you you asked my buddy Jeff Broady if you could step up a class and beat him :rofl:

For one i wouldnt ask, for two i did beat it. Whats your point? Want me to post MSTPA results for when i hooked against him in my 2.6 truck? Hes a nice guy, but im not sure what your getting at? I hook mstpa 2.8 class regularly against open driveline trucks. Ive never asked, i hook there a lot more than he does. But im not sure what his problem is now? Am i missing something?

Kyle, I do not have a problem with you or this Broady gentleman. However I would have been more than willing to lend a hand to a fellow duramax owner such as Subman or his relation. Even it that meant driving an hour or two. I have always tried to help others out so when you say that I am a piece of crap on a forum where people are asking for help people are going to tell you that you are out of line.

Instead of helping Subman find someone to help fix the problem they were having you insisted on putting ME down. Saying that you had bad luck with me and that your friend wouldn't bring anything to SJD. Who is your friend anyways. Or are you just making more BS up???
