Remove caliper mounting bracket, remove axle, remove hub retaining nut, remove hub/rotor assembly, drive out studs, remove rotor from hub assembly, replace inner wheel seal, install new rotor to hub assembly, drive wheel studs into assembly, reinstall on truck. If you are doing this for the first time there is a flange for the inner wheel seal that will stay on the axle, remove it and either install the one with your new seal, or install you new seal without it if it doesn't have one. Torque your lug nuts often. We had one where the studs didn't fully seat, had all 8 lugnuts loose with a few tons in the body. Scary as hell. If you need me to elaborate I can, once you get in there it's obvious. For the axle nut I bought a socket for a c30 I believe and rounded the tits on it to fit the dmax nut. Get the steel axle gasket, beats paper IMHO and is reusable.

Besides the grocery getter in my avatar I also have 2 3500 Cab chassis dump trucks. First time takes a while, I can do a truck in about 2 hours including cleaning and painting the caliper mounting bracket, which I highly suggest if you see any salt. Our trucks are plow trucks so I do brakes and rotors every year.
