01-02 DMax block with no bosses for C4500 mounts

Has anyone ever ran into this, I'm helping someone switch an engine in an 03 c4500 and the replacement engine he bought that does not have the mounting flanges and bosses to install the front engine mounts...

Is there anything out there, or do we just have to build engine mounts???

Build mounts, 2500 blocks do not have the 4500 front mounting holes. Is this the same guy that called me about installing an LLY from a 2500?

Yep, the 4500/5500 blocks can bolt into a 2500/3500, but not the other way around. And GM didn't cast any 01-02 blocks with the front mounts as 4500/5500's didn't start until 03 with the DURAMAX.

I believe Gasout on here had a similar issue and built mounts, If the thread isnt here its on dieselplace...

The thread is on here from Gasouts build. 2500 and 3500 have the front mounts might have to look at what years they started adding them.
