So I've grounded the yellow wire found under the fuse panel and now my highs stay on with my lows when I switch to high beams, but the fogs still wont come on with the highs. Aint this suppose to be a ALL ON mod? Help?

You just have to jump the wire to the fogs terminal too. I can't begin to remember which one that is but that's all that "mod" does.

I need to do this with my wife's truck cause the HIDs take way too long to warm up (and therefore light up bright) when you switch to the highs. If the lows stayed on, it'd be MUCH better waiting on them to light up. As it is now, it's a near blackout when switching.

So I've got to do this OR come up with something that lights up faster in the highs.

I don't think there is an easy fog light mod on the 01/02, I read somewhere how to rewire it but I remember the fogs on the 01/02 being a real PITA compared to the diode jump trick on the newer ones.

Easiest way to do fogs is complete stand alone, or diode off the high beam to the fog relay control. The diode only works if your running some sort of external booster harness. I haven't tested it myself, but I was told the current of the high beams is to much for the diode to block.
The stand alone method is basically the same circuit as the bcm but without the high beam override. Basically if you have parking lights on, the button on the dash works regardless of headlight status. I looked into using a latching relay from an rv waterpump, and it fits perfectly, neg switched neg switching. If it wasn't so late I'd look it up, but for some reason my google-Fu is not functioning.
