    Ok I am thinking down pipe, 4" exhaust with muffler, egr blocker, trans plug, and engine tune. Is it better to have trans tune or plug? Thank you

    Thanks Mike Hello Mike I sold my lb7 a year ago and could not take having a gasser. So I am back and looking to add a little power. How do these newer Allison's hold up on the new trucks? Hoping to leave it alone or slight Tom tune.

    I bought a 16 3500hd sierra denali, I know nothing about the lml or new efilive tuning. I want to add a lift pump, install down pipe and full exhaust to delete def, also wanting to turn off egr . Can I just turn off egr for now? Who do you suggest for tunes? I own a efilive v2 Thank you

    I would think it would need to be real thin. Not sure I have the capability. Lol Yes it came apart hard. I'm installing my old turbo and ppe log headers and up pipes and I might buy a banks intercooler. Problem I'm having is I want a intercooler local. I don't have time for shipping.

    Well guys I have it apart. Ihi is junk. 475 looks good and cooler did not have much in it. But the shim between the center section and ex housing had a section missing.     I am not sure what happened and in what order. What I do know is that. Ihi shaft broke,pushed wheel and shaft to T6 flange of 475. It pushed oil out oil feed hole to ihi and pumped oil into feed pipe and to 475. Also pumped oil thru hot pipe to intercooler. Ihi intercooler flap is still...

    That could be. I have a 2 qt of oil in intercooler and shrapnel. Looks like I'll be buying a ihi cartridge and looking into a exhaust wheel for my s475. Not sure on exhaust wheel yet but as soon as I remove down pipe I'll know. I have a spare core ihi so I may need to use the cold side...

    Update: solved problem. after rewiring kit and swapping power points the problem still remained the same. I ended up running a solid ground from battery and a fused positive from battery to a relay that is triggered by ignition "0" from interior dash fuse panel. thank you box works...
