    Circulating Heater

Personally I vote for a Webasto. They're insanely proven and do exactly what you're after. Sure, it's not ran by electricity from the grid/external source but they don't take much power. The Thermo Top Evo 5/5+ or Evo 5 HD Diesel take 33w and 0.62 l/hr (0.16 gal/hr) under full load. Slap a...

Thinking about getting a two post lift

Bingo! That's what multiple settings are for on a lift. I don't know how many times I've had someone lower the lift around me when doing something up in the trans tunnel, or just barely out of reach and it needs to be that 4-8" lower, or crawl/roll under it then stand up. I did my up-pipe...

Truck wont rev much past 2k rpm no codes

This should help. https://service.efilive.com/kb/articles/v3-data-logging Then, when you need to pull the log files off you can follow this link. Compress the log(s) into a .zip file and you can attach here no problem. https://service.efilive.com/kb/articles/move-files-to-from-autocal-v3

Thinking about getting a two post lift

Personally I tend to stick to Atlas, BendPak, Mohawk and Rotary. They're all solid lifts and worth their price. How often do you plan to use the lift?

Can you post an actual data log and not blurry screenshots? Also, have you talked to your tuner yet?

    Looking for a shop

FYI, head fasteners are not a weak link on these trucks. Early trucks have issues due to gasket type/construction. My advice would be to not pay a shop to put head studs in one by one, wait until it needs a HG as studding it won't make the OEM gasket last longer.

    WWYD? Turbo time

I know. I do not plan on using that actuator. Stainless Diesel makes a spring-loaded actuator and Turbosmart makes an actuator that you can easily swap springs on. They both work with the Borg gated housing.

    WWYD? Turbo time

I plan on running a spring gate OR a Turbosmart actuator that I can change spring pressures on.

    K&D Service Transmission Lines

Easy peasy! Is your trans original? IE do you need the small port bell housing fittings?

    WWYD? Turbo time

I think a gated S300 in place of the current ihi would work well for James. Throw a shaft speed gauge on it and see what happens. If only the Duramax Tuner Stealth 67 that was essentially an S467 shoe-horned into an IHI housing didn't suck :(

    K&D Service Transmission Lines

I am excited to announce that I've been working with Shocker Fittings to create a transmisison line kit that works for all of my customers. Currently, most options use 90 degree fittings entering the bell housing on the hose with a straight ORB>AN fitting into the trans itself. This works great...

    WWYD? Turbo time

People really sleep on the small turbine S300s. They're not intended to make gobs of power but their response is insane. That's why I'm hoping the gated housing allows me to spray it and not send the compressor wheel into the intercooler haha.

Thinking about getting a two post lift

I understand you want to save money but is it really worth risking your life and property? I wouldn't personally buy anything smaller than a 9k symmetric 2 post lift. Is it overkill for swapping tires on a Toyota Camry? Absolutely, but you will NOT be limited and you will be happy when you feel...

    WWYD? Turbo time

    I have not. They only come in 3 sizes currently which are: 1) 64x84 comp with a 76.20x67.56 turbine. 2) 68x88 comp with a 76.20x67.56 turbine. 3) 68x88 comp with a 79.76x73.37 turbine.

    WWYD? Turbo time

Correct. Tighter housings will be more responsive but choke out at higher RPM sooner.

    Chevelle upgrades.

This is the data I LOVE to hear/see! I know the truck I put an Alpha 550 in showed similar results as a sled puller.

Street Build? Cast or Forged Pistons?

Street motors get cast pistons IMO. The oval bowl piston design that Fingers came up with his unbeatable. They are proven to 1500hp+ as a cast piston. Now that Dynomite Diesel has an oval bowl nozzle pattern for them, they daily drive like an OEM piston in my opinion. Had Dynomite's nozzles been...
