    I honestly took old o rings with and went to Oreilly's auto parts and got the closest o rings that were fuel rated, they were slightly larger as in fatter or thicker, but with a little Vaseline I was able to tap the return lines in and zero leaks so far. :D

    IMO Fuel is probably the culprit, rail pressure, IE: fuel pressure regulator mite be sticking causing rough idle or hard or longer starting than normal, or the opposite, is the fuel filter housing leaking check for bubbles or dampness around fuel filter head. Also when was the last service...

    Do you have a race plug or shimmed stock returned they can be difficult and not properly reseal completely once popped.

    I recently did a mild build on my 06 LBZ, and put Brian Crowler Rods in so the stockers are just sitting here, motor had 233k on it, cause for rebuild burnt a hole in #8 piston.

    Not sure unless I pull them all and check, btw Industrial Injection is a totally stand up place, called talked to adam there injector guy, they had 1 in stock my size said they dont sell the puck or distance bla or shim, but he would ship it as long as I paided shipping, so obviously its on its way.

    x2 on what henery97 said, injectors are pretty easy to move on these newer trucks you could move it to another easy to get to injector and see if the problem follows, also while you have the lines apart, if you go that route put some clean 2 stroke in there it will help with lube issues if that...

    JMO but it seems the 05 06 07 GMC and Chevys go for pretty high these days, I just pulled a loan on my truck for a build its an 06 with 233k+ and the bank said without looking at it they could loan $20600 on it.:thumb:

    Well im still working on compressing some pics for both my garage and my sig, so the sig is a work in progress. found out my injector pucks are 0.0425 on my micrometer anyways checked a couple to be sure.:thumb:
