One thing we figured out. With the weather getting colder here it started to get a lot harder to start. We plugged the truck in for 12 hours and after being plugged in the truck started very quickly. -

After lots of people looking at tuning and messing with other stuff someone suggested the on engine injector fuel return lines. Where the injectors returns from each side of engine meet up and y together to head back to tank there is a type of pressure regulator. These lml injectors needs 150... -

so on the lml the injectors need to have I think like 150 psi in the return lines leaving injector to run right, has any one dealt with the regulator going bad we have been chasing a power issue after we get over 2200-2400 rpms, the fuel system shows the fuel rail pressure and desired fuel rail... -

I sent them I think 6 different logs I took of truck, some of the logs I drove truck without having it act up and some of the logs I drove truck and made it act up, I did each log from taking off through cycle up to speed and then till I slowed down and stopped, motor ops has the tunes its just... -

Merry freaking Christmas the truck is running. Thanks to my brother for the work pulling and replacing a motor twice. Thanks to Scott at sdp for injectors and cleaning fuel rails and lines and also the egr delete and cp3 conversion. -

welp don't buy duramax parts from the guy on sacremento craigslist, the motor with 36k that I bought from him which was supposed to be a lml ended up being a lgh, that had a bad cp4 and also a fried computer, a lot of work we are ready to drop the motor in, after a cp3 conversion, new injectors... -
