    That's where I think mine is leaking can hear hissing from down there. I still have resonator on so I don't have access. Was it dificult to do?

    i didn't think you had too, but wouldn't that big of a hole cause almost constant smoke? ill try to test it again tonight

    thanks for the replies! i attempted to make a boost leak tester out of 4 in pvc, a valve stem, and a air gauge. couldn't get it to build any pressure? do i have that big of a leak or do i need to plug the exhaust? also would a boost leak cause a whining noise? ill try and take a video of smoke...

    I have an 07 2500hd with an issue that I just can't figure out. It only acts up when your towing or giving it some "gas". it will have a power surge right before it goes to shift and after it shifts it will blow black smoke out the exhaust. I was thinking in the direction of a vane sensor but...
