Im living around Utica NY right now.. I have learned more on this website than i have from anyone that "works on Duramax" around here... Yep i totally agree, I didnt read about the sleeves they make until after the fact. I plan on buying them and throwing them on. Im the manager of a local garage so i happen to have very easy access to align my truck anytime.. Any certain brand of sleeves i should get? thx- FatTire

Hi Everyone! I just bought my 2nd Lb7 truck, and i wanted to know what is the first few things i should want to do to make my truck better.. It is a bone stock 03 2500HD LB7 EC/SB 4x4 cali emissions with 123k. Like i said this is my 2nd LB7, my first one was totally stock as well, just a work...- FatTire
