New toy - Not a Duramax but it still smokes
Most Non turbo N series Cummins don't have piston coolers, so if you add fuel and air think about the jugs and slugs. But unless you get the tank to pull behind it you wont hardly open the thermostats. Its a nice truck i like the big tires all the way around vs duals.- Blackcarhartts

integrated brake controller ????
I am pleased with the integrated controller in my truck. With my trailer i run the gain up at 7 or so. IMO they come on and release smoother than aftermarket controllers perhaps making it seem like they are not working right. If i use the old mans truck with his Tekonsha the they seem somewhat...- Blackcarhartts

Question: What bed size?
In my 08 CC/LB 3500hd SRW unloaded i get 15-16 mpg around town to work etc. on a good long trip 18-19 mpg, Its completely stock with dpf and all (gasp!) Pulling the old mans 9500 lb bumper pull trailer i was down to 13-14 mpg, by no means a flat or straight road, way better than his 5-6 mpg...- Blackcarhartts
