Shop in Houston Area?
I have another engine sitting on a trailer that I want to replace my LB7 with. The newer engine has all accessories attached and all wiring harness' still attached. I also have the transmission still coupled to it, so I'd like to swap both the engine and transmission out while I'm at it. Problem...- BrandonH

Head Gasket leak...I got a good deal on the LLY with transmission that I decided due to the higher mileage on my LB7 to go ahead and replace it.- BrandonH

Couple of questions and excuse my ignorance...what are the positives of installing head studs, and what are the pros of an aftermarket down pipe? I know I have a 4" exhaust from Turbo back, so is the down pipe what goes in before the turbo? Sorry if these are stupid questions, but I'm just...- BrandonH

I guess it's not a new engine, but it seems like one to me. I am in the process of pulling my LB7 out of my '03 and will be putting an '05 LLY with low miles in.
