    Yes they are. He runs Toyo Proxes 1's on them. It got him in the 11's. He was running Copper SST's. He wanted a lighter rim and "street" tire. He towed his camper to Pinks All Out here in Seattle with the combo on his truck. It's a 05' 2500 Cummins.

    Ask Mike Fox about his. They are Pro Comp's and cheap. They are Polished aluminum.

    The OEM mudflaps are held in by 4 screws IIRC. If you take them off you will have small holes left behind. I would leave them on. I don't do polished aluminum rims for that exact reason you stated. I would peel the clear coat off and go get a jar of the mothers polish at your local auto parts...
