    Traction control/stabilitrak disable??

Coincidentally after this post, in my rental f250 traction control prevented me for avoiding a collision today. Snowed last night, 10 degrees out. Driving to work this morning, saw a car waiting to turn left out of a neighborhood up ahead (on my right side). Wind gust created a mini white out...

Got rear ended. Need a list for the shop

Still waiting on the truck to be completed. As of now the tailgate is being refinished and squared, bed is getting realiagned, replaced OEM bumper with ICI magnum rear bumper. Frame was tweaked 6mm, spec is within 3mm. They say it'll straighten up no problem. Insurance is declining my...

    Review of Limitless Diesel Converter

Reg, fwiw I love mine in my lmm. Stock air too. I've fooled around in a lot of situations now. Highest temps I've seen are 155ish with a top ambient of 50ish. I'm likely going to use the same 68r and when I spoke with Evan he said it's a great match.

Lifts vs Leveling Axles vs Front Driveshaft

^^^ I guess that's what I meant to say. I assume when these questions are asked it's due to a lack of specific knowledge and in regards to the most reliable options. You can crank your keys and launch all day, just expect to have your CC on file with your parts supplier cuz you'll be ordering...

Ike towing test - Gm does it again

I can't stand these tfl guys. Don't really know what they are talking about though the footage is cool. We need an old school top gear show that does hilarious reviews with real number crunching and real world testing. Glad the general was the winner though. I'm driving around a rental 16...

Lifts vs Leveling Axles vs Front Driveshaft

The real answer is keep it stock. Of the two, option 2 is your only choice if wanting to keep ifs and get a decent launch without something getting fubar. The issue is not limited to axles, but most of your front end. There is a lot of google-able information on this topic.

    Traction control/stabilitrak disable??

You can't turn it off entirely without interrupting the electrical signal. Even with it showing off in the dash, it is still on to a lesser degree. Pull the fuse or install a switch is the only way to have no computer intervention

It's locked in 2nd every time thus far. Even with generous throttle fwiw. Probably closer to the 500 end of power
