    I have seen the impossible!

I wanted to stop by with my new findings with the 02 hybrid conversion. This winter I did the original lly conversion, with a lot of help from this thread. The truck ran "ok" had lots of rattle and was a bear to drive, but made 511hp on dyno and ran out ok... Well after my wife wrecked her 2.5...

    Oil pressure wiring diagram.

Try swapping in a gm oil pressure sender. That's what fixed the lly I was working on. And that was after the problem persisted after dash rebuild

    Boxing frame

I think I might get around to the new project this coming weekend. What's everyone using to box frame, 1/8" or 1/4"? I think 1/8" would be plenty but 1/4" might help add belly weight. Thoughts?

    Spun input bearing

Broke the main shaft on my Trans so I picked up another used trans that supposedly just needed an input shaft bearing. Get it tore apart and find the outer race is spinning in the case... Anyone seen this before? Gunna see if I can have a machine shop build it back up to take a bearing.

Totaling your truck and dealing with insurance.

Well all went smooth, they paid A lot more than I expected they would and we got the truck bought back fairly cheap. The rebuild plan is to take the body off my 97 6.5 and put on her frame and continue pulling it

    Cleaning upper valve covers

Has anyone figured out a more effective way of cleaning the silicone off? The best way I've found is taking a pick and scraping most of it out of groove then following up with brass wire brush, but it's so time consuming. Anyone have any other tricks?
