    Mine was 2:1 DP no matter where the vains were set practically. I had them opened to 40% by 1800 RPM and it might have been 1.5 to 1.75:1. These are tight exhaust housings so DP will be higher. If you want 1:1 out of a VN you are gonna have a dog. Mine ran best at 2:1

    The LB7 idle thing may be working against you also because to get that the vains are completely open then when you go to take off they have to close to spool. I would let the LB7's keep their idle;) or go to a big single non VN to get it

    Tighten your vains to 85% up to 1600 RPM's and see if this helps. If so then you need to work with you vain tables for FP and boost. You can go to 95% at low RPM's and then start opening them up to like 75% by 1800 RPM. If not, then something isn't right with the turbo or you hooked something...

    Thanks for the info Rob! I may put the 16" back on it and see how much clearance there is. Did he really have to chop the calipers bad? How much reverse dish did he run with out hitting e cable and line? I really wish TrXus made a 33x14.50 in a 16 or 18 insted of just a 15:mad:

    Don't really care about the load range. I want it to flex while pulling. These tires will never see the street. I'm just curious if 15" rims will fit over our calipers and clear. If so, the selection of pulling tires just improved.:D

    I would atleast have them diagnose the problem. It may come down to them installing a faulty injector that caused your problem or it could be an install error on their part. The diagnosis may end up being cheap in the long run. If you are satisfied with the diagnosis and it is a cracked...

    Wastegate has a 9lb spring in it plus maniflod boost holding it closed. I haven't change to the other port on the wastegate like the manufacturer said. I think someone we know :hug: had too much going on the day he hooked up the wastegate. I gotta check the pulse width, but it smokes ALOT...
