    It's not just total weight, most cheaper lifts do not recommend lifting a diesel truck from the extra weight up front. It will overload one pair of arms even though the overall weight is under max.

    Cross leaks in the valve body can definitely cause serious damage, but without knowing exactly where the wear areas and which valves apply what I'm just guessing. I've never seen it cause the rear tires suddenly lock up, but there's been plenty of valve body complaints on the 10L

    Sonnax makes a lot of oversized valves and reamers for valve bodies but not really anything for the 10L1000 other than TCC parts. I imagine if issues persist and GM can't remedy it or keep up with replacement valve bodies then Sonnax will more than likely start.

    If the full flash was successful then it should be OK. I would contact whoever wrote the tune file to verify it's setup correctly

    Going from a single / stock tune file to a dsp2 or dsp5 changes the operating system, which requires the ecm to be full flashed. The person you bought the autocal from should've explained all of this

    The dsp tables are the same, just an option to change between serial data (an obd2 device like James said) or a hardwire switch. If the dsp voltages are changing while watching the pid then it's more than likely correct. You DO need to full flash a dsp file for the first time at least
