    A little more clarification on turning off/on the DRL's. When the switch is in the auto position turn(pump) it once toward the on/off power symbol(circle w/ bar in it).     On most GM vehicles, including my 2009 DMax, after you start the truck and pull it out of park(auto); not sure about manual trans, pump the headlight on/off switch once to the far left and the DRL's will go off until you shut off the car/truck. I do it every time I start mine.
