    Thanks Alex I might look into that. I don’t need the k30 just am thinking about swapping a LLY into one. Perfect word long bed single rear wheel though.

    Going to be looking for a late 70’s early 80’s K30 crew cab if anyone knows of one or comes across one. Motor and trans don’t have to work just prefer a clean body and frame. Will be for a project coming up this winter. Just keep me in mind if anyone comes across one. Thanks guys.

    Pretty sure i found the culprit of all this. I kept hearing the hiding/ticking /arcing noise and it was coming from under the back seat i could swear it. So decided to just look at the fluid in the Tcase and some other stuff. Pulled plug on tcase and maybe a shot came out along with a bunch...

    I’ll pull the fuse box tomorrow but i checked everything going up to the fuse box and no signs of damage. Found this;

    Well all the connectors on the abs thing on the frame under drivers seat are clean and no damage to wires all the way to the fuse box. Recleaned all the trans plugs now I’m lost. Anyone know of a schematic for the system or a schematic that shows where all the factory grounds are?

    Cleaned it yesterday just pulled plug and sprayed it out make and female then drove for about thirty checked it this am and fluid was in it. I’ll just order a plug and put it in. Seems simple enough. “Knock on wood”

    I checked it over pretty good I’ll give it one more once over. Don’t have rats but do have squirrels i had to repair my FPR wires because a squirrel chewed on them. I’ll give it another look.

    Generator talk

    I plan to do a transpher switch with the interlock switch and I’d do the rental but i need something the wife can just walk into garage and startup throw he switches and be good. I work a month on and month off odds are I’ll be working when we need it.
