    LLY injector questions

    All injector can fail, the 04.5 and up years just not as often as lb7 injectors. Dirty fuel, air in the system, corrosion in the lines, bigger tunes all can lead to premature failure of them. Check your balance rates, that'll give you an idea of where to look as far as which injectors are...

    Could be a copper washer not seated...... defective or there is debris under it or between it and the injector and not allowing the injector to seat all the way.

    Check the valve springs. Whichever crank rotation you start with, the #1 rocker bridge should be both loose OR the the #4 rocker bridge will both be loose. ie.. meaning no compression placed on the valve springs.

    Pics??? We love horsepower around here :D EGR, DPF and Cat are the ones I'd definitely remove. Reroute the PCV lines out of the intake as well. Some vendors here sell kits for that, however it's pretty easy to do it yourself.

    EFI Live for your programing, lots of tuners on this board that can help you out. If you want a canned tuner, PPE makes some good quality tuners. Any generic 4 or 5" exhaust, they all sound about the same, especially if they're straight piped. Intake isn't necessary on trucks below 500hp...

    Mine has always started fine at 20*..... little slower cranking and WTS light is on a bit longer but never had any issues with fuel gelling. Most stations mix additives to keep fuel liquid in cold temps. However carrying some power service or 911 with you couldn't hurt....just in case. Most...
