What did you do at work today?
I use to see this stuff all the time, when I was a plumbing contractor. These guys would forget to put things on the plans a lot. Talk about inflated egos. They sure got butt hurt when I called them out on this.- Pure Diesel

Did your bypass pipes start getting cold when they were running? I have a friend who took me into DWP Scatter Good power generating plant and they have to insulate the large gas lines, due to condensation, because of how much gas flows through them. LB7 to LLY heads question?

What to look for in buying used.
There are no specific miles that the injectors last. Got a friend with an 03 LB7 and 340k miles. Still has the original injectors and just does maintenance. Me, I went through 4 sets in 115k with maintenance to the tee. My 06 LLY/LBZ transplant has 160k and still the original injectors. I have...- Pure Diesel

X2 My 2001, with the Indigo blue is still in good shape except for the hood. I contribute this to the heat the trucked endured during the summer and engine heat output during the summer. My 2003 truck is garaged, so this helps a lot too. Now back in the early 80's, GM's paint sucked.- Pure Diesel

Hadn't had the truck detailed in years. Took it in, clayed barred, polished, waxed and detailed inside. Don't lean on the truck, you'll be on the ground.:D- Pure Diesel

Replaced the driver and front passenger window regulators and motors. So nice to be able to open and close them in a few seconds versus 12-15 seconds.:thumb:- Pure Diesel
