    My concern is if he was, is the fueling in the ECM tune matching it...? I doubt in Nicks tuning its wrong as he has some pretty good guys working on his tunes, but some will raise shift points and on the bottom of next gear, they forget to adjust fueling in the ecm tune to compensate for it and...

    Are you running a tcm tune? What does the fuel look like in the rpm range after the shift (when the rpms drop)? Where are you shifting and what does the fuel look like there in the tune?

    the Edge has a feature to control your serial data. If yo uhave a efi live dsp tune in your truck the edge can change the tunes without you having a dsp switch via serial. LB7 and LLY only.

    you just need zero to positive pressure at max power from lift pump. even 3 psi isnt going to help anymore that 1 psi so to speak. No sense in having too much pressure from lift pump messing with things.

    Excide makes a dry cell battery like the optima. Ran it in the race car for a few years, and 1 in my 1 ton ford years back for a couple years. Never had an issue with them. They seemed to last 2-3 years...Then my buddy worked at checker auto replaced them both for me 2-3 years later for half...

    I wasnt thinking clearly when I posted another the dpf as i agree dpf and cats are a way to make money IMO. Anyway yes, parts are expensive and leaving the dpf will keep the warranty in place but when buying a car like a VW or BMW you have to expect these costs. Comes with owning one. I for one...

    for a daily driver, I wouldn't let the fact that the Jetta has a DPF be a turn off. Whats wrong with better emissions on a daily driver for the wife? Is she racing people on the street or something :rofl: It still gets pretty damn good mileage with the DPF. or google supersprint ;) :D
