    I actually had this exact same issue with mine and I m running 420s as well. Spring clamps on the front side of the leaf pack seemed to help some with traction bars but.     Yeah I rarely notice it anymore since I ve been using Ben's box. I just assumed it's the nature of the beast in this converter and never really worried about it.

    I ve got the same setup built trans/1058/ stock injectors and mines got a very similar feeling when it shifts from 3rd to 4th while the converter is locking right at the top of third. It ll also bark the tires once lockup occurs in certain situations.

    Here's my setup pretty much what you looking for minus tire size. 285/50 r20 20x10 -24 offset 3" drop shackles and the torsion key bolts have like one full crank in them.

    Help with Airdog 165 blowing fuses.

    If nothing changes on your next drive an it blows the fuse again then your pump is bad. I had this exact problem here a few months ago. I d call Airdog and tell them the whole story and as long as you sent your warranty card in they should send you a new pump.

    Over Priced?

    May be a smidge steep with mileage but if its clean underneath they'll probably have no issues selling it at that price. I paid 23k for mine 3 years ago with 116k miles loaded private party though.
