    I would have went with the DTS 66/74 but they were a few weeks out, RCD had one ready to ship.

    Its billet I dont think rcd makes a cast IHI.

    Finally got a chance to dyno my truck with the new turbo and 60 overs. Im very happy with the numbers, stock head bolts still holding strong :thumb:

    I have got a few bad glow plugs from the dealer I would swap it out just to be sure it's good.

    Head Gasket Job

    I have had a few of those motor mount bolts break. Put some heat on the mount to burn the lock tight out and they usually come out easy.some new bolts and should be good to go. Also if you want to remove the intake runners wile the heads are on the cp3 has to come out.

    He has a lift pump so if their was any kind of leak it should leak fuel wile the pump is on unless its before his lift pump. I would grab a fuel pressure gauge and put it on the factory bleeder valve on the fuel filter housing. If you have 5+ fuel psi its most likely something on the high...
