DSP5 switch help
Contact a vendor for EFI Live like Idaho Rob at ATPTrucks.com or someone who sells DSP5 switches, usually they'll sell you a terminal pin crimped to the wire already. I bought mine from the dealer, but it was a PITA for them to find. -

There is a whole section on the EFI Live forum about this, basically you can't just run it through Wine. -

bad ground
Check all your grounds. You get the ground between the firewall and engine / frame reconnected? You might try adding a ground between frame and engine to see if it resolves any issues. Check battery terminals to make sure they're good on both sides. Check the main power wire to make sure...- TDFDiesel
