no start Po366 is the main one that's coming up and cam pos sensor ,the temp of the coolant is 78 degree -

I have a 2002crew cab has not been used in 2 years but has been started time to time to keep batteries up . The other day I started it and it was 20 below zero so I let it run for a couple of hours it was fine went to move it and it died ran out of fuel . Put fuel in ,pump primed it and only...
