Duramax Engine Repair Manual
I got a 2012 SI manual set on a DVD which is apparently the last year the manuals were available on DVD through Helms. I have made use of it often for my 2013. MUCH better than paper with individual test results provided as clickable hot links. Gotta love it. No more table full of open manuals...- freddyo

LML False alarm
I unplugged to keep from getting shot at by neighbors. I'm not trying to hide anything. Besides, the OEM alarm is still going off with the Viper disconnected which indicates (to me at least) that it is an OEM problem. When that gets sorted out I'll move on to the Viper installer for any...- freddyo

LML False alarm
I had a Viper installed and was told by irate neighbors that it was going off multiple times during the night. This was confirmed by finding my batteries discharged in the AM. I pulled the fuses on the alarm but was told again that the alarm was still going off but now it was just the horn and...- freddyo

LML Found crimped fuel return on a 2013
With my 2013 extended cab on a lift to install a primary pump I noticed that the fuel return line had a crimp in it where it does a slight upturn just about under the driver door hinge and it's covered with a plastic braid. No obvious symptoms for me but may cause some for those with tuners...
