Something to add when I pump up the the supply to the cp3 its letting fuel come out of the return off of the cp3 line I was asking about could this rebuilt pump have a bad fpr (fuel pressure regulator)?- deaminus

Can anyone tell me what the hose fitting on my cp3 does in this pic? The reason I ask this is I have rebuilt my injectors installed a new (rebuilt) and my truck still wont start after figuring out I am returning fuel when I crank the engine I tore apart the block where the fprv is to see if it...- deaminus
