    Had to email [email protected] with the serial number of my Flashscan and a copy of my purchase invoice and he sent me a code to get out of upgrade mode.

    I'm in the process of getting the issue resolved, I got a message from Paul at EFI Live in New Zealand and sent him a copy of my purchase invoice and the serial number on my flashscan, and he will send me a code to get the unit out of upgrade mode.

    Will do Ted. Sweetdiesel, the files I downloaded and installed were: EFILive V7.5.6 Build 133 EFILive V8.1.2 Build 115 I also upgraded the firmware on the V2 to the latest version (2.06.41) The bootblock was already the latest version (2.06.03)

    Yes I updated the firmware on the V2 itself, and no, it can't read my truck's stock tune, or let me make changes to it. Ted didn't do the work because I wanted to do the work myself. Probably should have had him do it...

    I've downloaded the latest software and firmware updates from the EFI Live website and that didn't help. Guess I will wait to hear from their support desk.
