    I guess what my question is...What tell the computer where the timing is. My guess would be the cam and crank sensor? Then what take that info and tells the injectors when to fire? The ECM or FICM??

    It is showing RPM. It will stop turning over after a while I'd say about 3-4 seconds.

    What actually tells the injectors to fire and when to fire? the F.I.C.M. or the ECM? It is like the injection timing is off. It shows injectors adv. 2.0 degrees. I'll take my computer to work so when I get to the shop I can check back here.

    checked all that the fuel rail is getting up to 6700 psi at cranking. the PSI changes a little but runs between 5700 and 6700. I took the made IN CHINA filter the mechanic put on off and put a Napa Gold back on. According to all the parameters the thing should start. Thannks.

    Thanks for the info. That was one of the things he checked or told me he checked. He was telling me it had no compression ten he told me it has compression. The latest was that all the numbers are good just won't start.
