I will ask him but I was trying to get some numbers and totals together to see what I am getting into right now. If it's going to be close to just ordering a complete built trans I would just do that.- cdprayor

Exactly.... What other parts should be replaced? A complete rebuild kit along with the upgraded clutches and converter? I would love to drop it off to you Mike L but a cross country trip is out of the question.- cdprayor

Currently in the process of ordering my stage IV kit. My Allison has 237,000 miles on it as of today. A local transmission builder with Allison experience is going to build it for me. What other parts should be replaced to go with my kit with the high mileage?- cdprayor

MBRP downpipe
What helped me on my LLY was removing the heat shield on the down pipe and turbo. Also removing the inner fender well. Once that is done just massaging it out and get rid of it. -

That's what I was thinking. Going from an lly intake to an lbz and the different size would cause an issue- cdprayor
