Anyway to do it without the machine ? I'm not a transmission shop so be hard to justify spending that much for 10-15 trans jobs a year- Svt28640

Got the valve body out to check the e shift valve and to replace the in pan harness an pressure switch. Seems as all 3 valves in the top half of the valve body are sticking. The builder pretty well told me I'm on my own. An that I need to buy a vb if there all sticking.- Svt28640

Had a 01 Allison 5 speed rebuilt by a transmission shop I commonly use. Used suncoast gmax 5-3 kit and ats 5 star convertor, and a new nsbu switch. Put back in the truck an took for a test drive. All seemed well until trans got warm. The threw a p1711 code an wouldn't shift up or down out of...- Svt28640
