LB7: engine heating up no heat in heater
If it were me, I would pull off the lower radiator hose and start up the truck. Check the flow coming out of the hose. This will tell you how plugged it is/if it is plugged without pulling the radiator (if you haven't already). I do not know if there is a flow rating for the water pump at idle...- chevyinlinesix

First thing I would do is stop running the truck. You can take a few drips of oil and drop them on a clean piece of paper, wait and see if any green (I believe Dexcool makes an orangey colour) shows up around the oil on the paper.
