    P2068 DTC troubles

    Same problem I just replaced the fuel sending sensor on my 13 3500HD and still have the same problem. I've checked the grounds on the truck and cleaned the connections on the PCM and BCM. Truck is full of diesel but only reads 1/4 tank for a few seconds then empty. I get a random code each...

    No boost leaks. Lots of black smoke. Horrible running truck down low. Think I'll flash it back to stock. Probably will run better than the tuning I'm running now.

    The truck only carries 0-4psi of boost driving slow down the highway. Fuel milage sucks unless I run 80+ or pull it out of 6th gear. Running 70ish when I floor it, the truck falls on its face then finally spools to 34 or 35psi

    Yes but more exaggerated now. Guess it's gotten worse over time or with the hotter tuning. Just had the trans built. I've done a boost leak but it held pressure. Going to try it again in the morning.

    My 06 LBZ has a low rpm off idle boost leak. I'm running Idaho Rob tuning with a Danville Stage 2 GT3794 turbo. The truck will build 34psi boost up top but is a lazy turd off idle to 1500rpm. It will black smoke on the higher three tunes. Just normal slow driving I only carry 1-5psi boost...

    Josh if I get time I'll try to make it out to you. You're about 2.5 hours from me. Bonus on top of my orginal problem, the new fuel filter housing started leaking this afternoon and it died. Primed it back up.

    Rancelot211, I can't tell about the A-arms. They went on with my lift. They do put the ball -joint in a better angle and the greaseable bushing and bolt in ball joint is nice.

    Well he ^^ is on his rag. Never blamed profab. The blame lies with the guy I paid to install them. Still not sure this is the problem since there is no soot around the pipes. And I can't see the passenger side pipe with my POS mirror.

    Not blaming him. Just wish they were included. Would've saved me some headache if this is the problem.

    Looks like the guy that put my manifolds and up pipes on installed the up pipe gaskets in wrong. Dannville said that's probably what it is.

    It would've been nice to have these included when a guy spends a grand on the up pipes and manifolds! My "installer" put the gaskets in backwards. :mad:

    I had Texas Diesel Power in Weatherford look at it again today. Had two techs drive it and did a fuel pressure test and about an hour on the Tech 2 scanner.
