    thanks a lot!! i got my fingers behind the molding and pulled them off, then peeled all the residue left (which is very tedious) then scrubbed with bug/tar remover and adams all purpose cleaner. washed the truck, then used some rubbing compound. using a 3M eraser wheel is MUCH MUCH easier...
