    Transfer Case dry? Check the TC every oil change in the future and read all you can about GM and their pump rub issue with their transfer cases. :thumb:

    LB7: 04 LB7 C055 code

    Recent rebuild of my transmission and transfer case (thank you GM for the Pump Rub) , everything seems fine, however I keep getting a C0055 (rear wheel speed sensor) code, any idea as what to look for? Not a transmission person, just lucky enough to own a 2004 LB7. :baby:

    LBZ: Synthetic lube for transfer case

    Can you use a synthetic motor oil, say Mobil One 5-30 in the transfer case on a rebuild. If this is not recommended, then what is? I've also read 3 qts. through the speed sensor hole. How easy does this sensor come off? Any thing to look out for in this process? :spit:
