The ram mount is a easy install,It mounts to the underside of the seat and moves with the seat if you slide forward or back.

Where do I find this Ram mount you speak of ? I would like a mount that bolts to the seat rather than drill holes in the floor:eek:

12 point? What size?

As I said simple 11mm and 15mm 6 point sockets fit fine, no need to buy more tools. I used 1/2 drive with a 1/2 universal and an extension hooked to my cordless impact. The front seat takes longer to carry into the house than to take out.

Now that I think about it, the 6 points work too....

Eh. To each their own. Personally, I'd rather have the right tool for the job. :dontknow:

For me a tool that gets the job done is the right tool. Why by a tool just to remove one set of bolts if you don't need to? I've had my seats out 6-7 times with no problems and I've taken them out of plenty other trucks with no problems...I'd rather put the money toward something I NEED.....
